Cheese Bread
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, soda, mustard, salt and cheese; set aside. Beat buttermilk, oil and eggs with rotary beater until well blended; add all at once to flour mixture and mix just until ingredients are moistened.
Pour into one greased 9x5" loaf pan and bake at 375 about 45-50 minutes or until done in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. Invert on rack and cool.
