Yet Another Recipe for Hashbrown Potatoes
32 oz. frozen hashbrown style potatoes
1 onion, chopped
2 (10 oz) cans of cream of chicken soup
1 (8 0z) container sour cream
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Mixing everything together, season with salt and pepper and if you wish, you can sprinkle the top with shredded cheese. Cover and bake 1 hour.
