Garlic Lemon Shrimp






Garlic Lemon Shrimp

1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 T olive oil
3 garlic cloves, sliced
1 T lemon juice
1 t ground cumin
1/4 t salt
2 T fresh minced parsley


In a large skillet suate shrimp in oil for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and lemon juice, cumin and salt. Cook and stir until shrimp turn pink. Stir in parsley. Serve with pasta or rice.Print Friendly and PDF
