1 yellow cake mix with pudding
1/2 c oil
4 eggs
16 oz sour cream
1 c brown sugar
4 t cinnamon
1 c powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
2 T hot water
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream and pour half of the mixture into a greased 9X13 inch cake pan. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly across batter. Pour the other half of the batter on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes until it tests done in the center.
Glaze: Mix the powdered sugar and vanilla and start with just one tablespoon warm water. Glaze should be thin enough to spread on warm cake, add 1 to 2 more tablespoons water if necessary to get a drizzle/spread effect.
