Banana Pepper and Cream Cheese Spread on Whole Grain Cracker

Easy appetizer or a late night snack - you can't go wrong serving yourself or others these.  Only 3 ingredients but they hit the spot!

Banana Pepper and Cream Cheese Spread

Flatbread cracker (pictured - a no sugar, 1.5 carb Klassic 3 Seed Flatbread)
Cream cheese
Sliced banana peppers - mild or hot - or peperoncino

Spread a bit of cream cheese on each cracker and top with a ring of banana pepper.  Serve!Print Friendly and PDF
