Almond Chocolate Fudge Mousse
1 pkg. sugar free chocolate fudge pudding
1 1/2 c unsweetened, original Silk Pure Almond Milk
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
Pour ingredients into a mixing bowl and use your electric mixer on low to whip about 2 minutes. Or whisk by hand 2-3 minutes. Pour into serving bowl and let set up. Chill to serve. Can also be made into pudding pops by placing in popcicle molds or dixie cups with wooden sticks placed in and then frozen til solid.
