A Different Kind of BBQ Sauce

I grew up in the Midwest where BBQ sauces are almost always tomato based, red and thick. After living in the South for 5 years I came to love the southern style bbq with the vinegar based goodness and tang. To this day it's my favorite! However, while surfing for sauces one day about 1 1/2 years ago I came across this one. What an interesting blend of flavors!

BBQ Ribs Sauce

¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup salad oil
1 teaspoon chill powder
½ cup Worcestershire sauce

Blend all ingredients thoroughly and pour over cooked ribs.Print Friendly and PDF
