Our favorite marinade for everything from tofu to shrimp to chicken

I have posted the recipe for our favorite marinade a couple times already when I showed you how yummy it was on shrimp and tofu that I love to use in fried rice... but originally we started to use it on chicken. For about 8 years now no matter what new marinades I try I always go back to my families all time favorite and our old standby.

Here is a picture of my dinner from the night before last. Yum! The chicken was marinated and then grilled and sliced for our salads. I've also used the same marinade on steaks. See? Very versatile!Print Friendly and PDF
