Raspberry Dessert
1 pound vanilla wafers
½ pound butter
1 pound powdered sugar
4 eggs
3 or 4 packages fresh raspberries
1 pint heavy cream, whipped
Crush wafers; put half the crumbs in bottom of 9x13 pan. Beat butter till creamy and add powdered sugar till blended. Add eggs one at a time. Spread on top of crumbs. Cover with drained berries. Top with whipped cream and cover with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
