Farfalle with Creamy Garlic Sauce
2 (12 oz) boxes Farfalle noodles (the ones that look like little bow ties)
1 stick butter
3 cups half and half
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. basil
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Cook the pasta as directed on package. In the meantime, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add garlic, and cook until tender. Whisk in half and half, and basil. Whisk in cheese. Drain pasta and place in a large serving bowl. Pour sauce over top. Serve with a nice crusty bread and a side salad. Delicious!
