Quick Jalapeno, Chile and Cheese Dip

If you are having a party or open house however, and need a variety of dips, this is a good one. Garnish with some strips of red peppers and a sprinkle of cilantro to show it's a Mexican (peppers) based dip.

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
2 oz. canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in green chiles and jalapeno peppers. Pour mixture into a microwave safe serving dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.Print Friendly and PDF
