Easy Blueberry Streusel Cake (starting with a mix)

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix, eggs and oil per directions
1 small package of instant Vanilla Pudding
1-1/2 cup of blueberries

3/4 c of brown sugar
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 c of butter melted

Add the dry pudding mix to the dry cake mix and then make the cake as directed on the box. (They change the directions often from the amount of water, eggs and oil so use the amounts they currently require). Stir in the blueberries and put into a greased 9x13 pan.

Mix the topping; nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cake. Drizzle the melted butter over all. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes until done in the center. Serve warm or cooled.Print Friendly and PDF
