Mangoes and Rice

3 c cooked rice
1 cup canned coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 t salt
Mango slices

Combine rice and milk and cook over medium heat until thick. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 2 minutes. Serve warm on a platter with chilled mango slices.Print Friendly and PDF
